The situation

Growth no longer comes from more headcount, but from more time per head.

The German market has shrunk for three years in a row. Hiring additional recruiters is not an option for most recruitment agencies and search firms. At the same time, your team spends a large part of the week on admin that moves no candidate and no client forward. Firms that don’t become more efficient now will lose mandates and candidates to faster competitors.

Why now

Waiting costs. Every week.

The market is being redistributed right now. Firms that speed up their process now win the mandates and candidates that are still available. Firms that wait get overtaken by faster competitors.

What we automate

If it can be written down, it can be automated.

We map your recruitment process step by step, from search assignment to invoice. Every step your team can write down on a sheet of paper can be automated. The decisions stay with you: with a single click. Two examples from practice:

Example 1Business Development

Win new search assignments

  1. 1New vacancies and hiring signals in your niche, every day
  2. 2Competitor ads, existing clients and duplicates filtered out
  3. 3Decision-makers at the client with contact details, call notes and a hook
  4. 4Your click: approve the prospect list
  5. 5Call tasks in the CRM, follow-ups and booking link

Your consultants just pick up the phone.

Example 2Sourcing & Matching

Find candidates

  1. 1Upload the client briefing, the requirements profile is created in the ATS
  2. 2Active sourcing in your own talent pool and licensed data sources
  3. 3Matching with reasoning per criterion
  4. 4Your click: approve the shortlist
  5. 5Deep-dive research on every approved candidate
  6. 6Personalised outreach drafts, follow-ups and interview scheduling

Your team talks to people instead of sorting profiles.

We don't replace your tools. We connect the ones you already use:

  • ATS and CRM
  • Email
  • Calendar
  • LinkedIn
  • Apollo
  • Lusha
  • and more

Our promise

Guaranteed faster processes.

We guarantee that your recruitment process becomes measurably faster with the new workflow. Before we start, we record how long each step takes today, for example from client briefing to finished shortlist, and measure again at the end of the pilot. If your process isn't faster, we refund the full pilot fee. A shorter time-to-fill follows naturally: deliver the shortlist sooner and you place sooner.

EU AI Act

What the AI Act means for recruitment firms.

AI that searches or pre-sorts candidates counts as a high-risk system from December 2027. It was originally planned for August 2026.

We already build to these standards.

  1. Feb 2025Ban on certain AI practices
  2. Aug 2026Originally planned start, postponed

What the AI Act requires

we deliver it
  • Human approvalYour team decides, the system prepares.
  • ExplainabilityReasoning per criterion instead of a score.
  • LoggingEvery step is recorded.
  • FairnessNo protected attributes, tests for bias.
  • DocumentationComplete at handover.
  • TransparencyA notice template for your candidates.
Everything about the AI Act

Questions and answers

Frequently asked questions

Is this compatible with the AI Act?

We classify every project in writing up front and already build candidate workflows to the high-risk requirements that apply from December 2027: human approval, reasoning per criterion, logging, testing and complete documentation.

Do we have to switch our ATS or CRM?

No. We connect the systems your team already works with, such as ATS, CRM, inbox, calendar and sourcing tools, and automate the steps in between.

Which recruitment firms is this for?

For recruitment agencies, executive search firms and headhunters filling assignments on a contingency or retained basis. What matters is not size, but how much manual work sits between briefing and placement today.

How long until we see results?

After about two weeks of setup, the pilot runs live with your real search assignments. We agree on the duration up front. Afterwards, you decide on the full rollout.

What does it cost?

The intro call, the in-depth process analysis and the proposal are free and without obligation. Costs only arise with the pilot: it has a fixed price, which we set in writing after the process analysis and which is fully credited towards the project.

What happens to our data?

The system runs on EU servers in your name. During setup, our development team accesses data only under a data processing agreement. After handover, only you have access.

Who builds the projects technically?

Your contract and your contact person are with us. Development is carried out by our dedicated partner team, contractually bound to confidentiality and named in the data processing agreement.
